    Shoreham air disaster

Another landmark but ultimately sad day. My involvement with this was clearly after the event, but its clearly changed countless lives, beyond those who perished, forever. Will the families ever get closure? Depends what you class a closure. Will they ever get justice? Depends what you class...

    [Misc] Christmas tipping

£20 a head, so £80 for the bin men and £40 for my two posties. Some might point to various industrial action in the past year, but the bottom line is they are all hard working blokes, looking out for their families but forced to withdraw their Labour due to the ongoing issues in the country.

    [Albion] Locadia to Bochum

Someone mentioned this the other day, with all the local people's good fortune in Goring with the Post Code Lottery, not life changing money but money that will help make their lives better, tempered by the fact that the Albion paid Locadia 50 grand every week he was here regardless of him...

[Football] Do Argentina keep the trophy now they've won it three times?

Many a true word is spoken in jest 😂 That said with the German issue clarified on here, can’t see a U turn even from FIFA.

    [Music] R.I.P Terry Hall

RIP One of those grossly underrated musical influences, so diverse, from the Specials, FB3 to the Colour Field, a great musician who came out of the desperation of Maggie’s Britain, will be sadly missed by his many fans right around the globe.

[Football] Do Argentina keep the trophy now they've won it three times?

Do you recall in our youth HT FIFA ran a former winners tournament in 1981 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the competition, but the FA declined to send a team? 🤷‍♂️

[Football] Do Argentina keep the trophy now they've won it three times?

Incidentally Monsieur Rimet left the building in 1956, two years before Brazil’s first victory.

[Football] Do Argentina keep the trophy now they've won it three times?

So then clearly the ‘three wins‘ rule has no longer been a thing since before 2014, otherwise it would be on show at The Reichstag 😂

[Football] Do Argentina keep the trophy now they've won it three times?

I stand corrected then old boy, I thought Germany had unified by 1990, so after the Jules Rimet giveaway they must have changed the rules. At least that means that Declan Rice will get his hands on the existing trophy in 2026 😂
