I know issy is out of contract but he used to be so exciting but why does GP keep wheeling them out if they are not required. Surely there are players staying who could do with game time. And I really don't believe that TB would insist they play to up their value.

Agreed but the point is we haven't won a single match against them, indeed frustrating and hopefully something GP can sort over the summer. Maybe he needs a different team for those games?

Until last year I absolutely agreed with this but planted summer and autumn rasberries and pruned autumn to ground. Got no fruit so checked what I ordered and these autumn fruiting ones fruit on year old wood. Not sure that helps in any way just passing on.

Since all the moaning on here about our strikers I've watched other prem strikers more closely and apart from the top 10 or so they all seem to be roughly as 'inept' as ours. I believe someone once mentioned that top 10 strikers can be quite expensive. Oh and don't get me on to all the moaning...

Worked for me for the last 20 years. Just keep them as protected as you can.

I sowed the same seeds in an unheated greenhouse 6 weeks ago. You have a heated propagator and hopefully lids or plastic bags to cover. I have had no problem and seedlings are strong.
