No. It's about the government instructing Southern to break the Trade Unions. Once Southern have done that, the expectation is that the other train operators will follow suit.
I don't agree that we should put the brake on them scoring. We need to encourage them into the delusion that the target is achievable, and then they start taking risks that cause them to lose wickets and ... hey presto ... we win the series.
It strikes me that the government is being extremely bone-headed in suggesting that people who live close to fracking sites are being so badly affected as to DESERVE compensation. This can only fuel a wider argument that fracking is dangerous and should be banned.
