to be honest he could really supplement our squad without selling cucurella. we can just have one at wing back and the other at left centre back and they're both able to cover for eachother
camara will be a great player for leeds. he'll do really well and be sold for a big fee. but I'd happily set my sights on ilic now, maybe we need a new dimension instead of replacing biss like for like.
that being said if he signs for us he's the best thing since sliced bread and I never had...
dunno, I think being desperate to sign for one of the biggest clubs in Italy when you've just played championship footy and only a bit of serie a up until then is perfectly understandable
this. whether he fits our style of play or not is a different question, but I cannot believe people on here are turning their nose up at a 24 year old with that strike rate, it beggars belief!
Argus source denies talk of an imminent move but DOES confirm that we are 'aware' of the player, which is usually a precursor to good things

exactly, that's why I posted it. I'd expect that kind of speculation from talksport, maybe, but not from a source that generally doesn't confirm things unless there's a pretty good chance of it happening (yes I know it's a tifo piece but they're still part of the athletic and I doubt whoever...

of course. which is why I suggested in my original post we may buy a young talent to take over from tagliafico once he's started to slow down a bit. it was hugo rune who suggested we already had said young talent in sturge. that may or may not be correct, only time will tell
who's replacing him has nothing to do with him. and nothing to do with the present either.
he'd be a stop gap for two or three seasons at the very least, so maybe that was a bad way of describing it, but I don't think there's anything inherently bad for him in that. sturge won't be 21 for...
we would not be getting this guy for 900k. besides, generally signings like veltman and welbeck are to supplement what we have already, whereas it seems as though we'll effectively be starting from scratch with the left back position this year, so they may stick to the blueprint a bit more. but...
