They won't get 75% of this payout until the end of the 2013 financial year, they can't easily cash it in, and historically staff don't do this - they typically hold on to it and work harder to accrue more shares by reaching subsequent yearly targets.

Hinder - if clubs of target players think you've got money, players will be priced accordingly.
