Cool as.
Belief is everything.
If you believe that CH and the boys know what they are doing then you don't need to worry at all. On past performance, I for one am happy that we are in good hands and that the yo-yo strategy is not high on our list of outcomes.
Really torn on this one. The football/facilities/crowd control/beer etc etc are all big pluses these days but I really miss the adrenaline of the old days. Some games were utter carnage, with horseback baton swinging OB, feisty alsatians taking chunks out of your arse and of course...
Who knows who our targets are for this window? I expect a few surprises before it closes. I would be looking for serious value and quality to shore up what we can before this window closes and be ready to get some good deals in Jan. Players hanging on for stupid money that miss this window will...
Excellent job. I've been waiting decades for something to knock Dunlop Green Flash off the 'worst trainer in living memory' throne. Epic effort.
I'm not panicking at all. I would be more worried if we had signed huge names for huge dough leaving precious little in the pot and potentially upsetting the team spirit we hold so dear. I have got faith in the back room boys who have put together a fantastic squad capable of surviving our first...
Team spirit is a valuable asset you can't buy so I am hoping that CH is going to find the balance with new additions. I'm expecting a few nice surprises over the next couple of weeks.
If he had come out of his bulletproof defence instead of going turtle every time Eubanks came on to him then Chris may have had a chance of knocking him out, but Abrahams played it his way and hid for most of the fight, he just could not cope with Chris. The guy is almost impregnable and one of...
In his own sport, yes, very capable, and to be fair it would be a closer/different prospect if Floyd was to fight MMA rules. McGregor's MMA skills count for little in a boxing ring if he can't use them. Resilience to pain/punishment in the boxing ring just makes you a punch bag, (see Eubanks Jn...
OP sounds bitter about something. Progress? Dunno, but the post is heavily laced with vitriolic angst way beyond humour or social critique.
"B right on" is a great place to live. At worst, a healthy inoculation for all that is pretentious in the world, but still great fun, vibrant, sexy and...
Not sure about the assumption that people watching this won't know about boxing or MMA. Some people, who are not interested in either may be drawn to this 'show' because of the insane hype, but there will be a lot of boxing and MMA fans watching this with huge interest. I am a boxing fan, not so...
Marmite, Marmalade and Beans.
Have been known to finish off last nights spag boll or chilli on toast the next day but would not consider making it like that from scratch, certainly not a British classic.
Saw this as well. He is what he is, a product of his environment and upbringing. The media are already on it with the 'vile racist' label.
Whatever his opinions are, he saved lives and did what very few of us would, put his life on the line for others.
I find chuggers more annoying than beggars, harder to shake off as well. Whats the difference between giving cash to a random beggar who may or may not be genuine, or a chugger who you know is getting paid far more than your donation by a "charity" who have lots of expenses, fundraising costs...

Every player in our MF are capable of getting on the scoresheet regularly. Happy with progress so far...
