I have always liked AJ but I do understand others have different views which are also reasonable. I am happy to leave the decision with GP (assuming it's his to make.) But please don't talk about "culling" players; they are human beings not sheep.
The must win games thing is a bit of a myth. It dy matter which games you win do long as you win enough. We clearly play better against mid and top table teams which is interesting and important. Our problem this year has been drawing games we should have won.
Its interesting that looking at the Leeds fans board they don't seem to rate Povenda but I thought he did cause a bit of concern when he first came on but BDB then readjusted and sorted him.
Exactly this. Saying he should not play is akin to the argument that women should not go out alone in case they get attacked. Blame should go to the aggressor not the victim.
Let me pose another question. Should all managers be ex elite players on the same argument? If not why commentators? I simply make the point that management, commentary and playing are different skills and one does my depend on the other.
Apart from it not being in the spirit of having an ST as it is now the club is required to know for test and trace purposes exactly who is in the stadium. If 3 people shared one ST there would have to be copies of the ticket for all three otherwise noone would know which individual was present.
But in your example the 45 pounds is once for the whole season but the upgrade on a junior or senior ST is each time and limited to 6 max whereas the ST flex is unlimited. Apples and pears?
I do understand your dilemma but it occurs to me that you might be better to give up one of the three and pay for upgrading one of the other two so you could transfer among yourselves. Of course it would stop you all going the same week but it sounds as if this doesn't happen very often...
I believe the norm is attend at least 25 percent of games to retain ST though I'm not sure it's enforced. Surely most STs will be able to do that otherwise they would not be STs? Anyway at least there is now the option to pay to make it flexible. As I see it the club are trying to be helpful in...
But an u18 ST can't be passed to an adult via the £20 option. It would have to be upgraded in the existing way and only 6 times a season. That is ok already. Unless the upgrade option is now dead because of the ID issue which it may well be? Anyone know?
He might also have rather missed the point that the vaccines are not for sale privately and there is no surplus available for special interest groups. If a surplus is available at any time we should send it to countries who can't afford to buy it.
Not his finest hour.
