There's a disabled shuttle from the car park at the bottom so as said you could drop mum off and park yourself.
I am a bit concerned about the knock on effect on the availability of other match day parking just at a time when many are avoiding public transport.
So I'm assuming that is the reason for delay in availability of match day parking? Just at a time when I imagine more will want to drive and avoid public transport . My wife has already said she won't go unless I drive.
Ugh!
The ability to get past the buy button depends on the current restriction on sales. Until Tuesday the 3 home matches are only available for members so if you login as an ST the buy button will be greyed out or not there at all. Conversely if a member logs in it will be available.
Yes. My wife has a non NFC phone and I have just had email confirmation that you scan the code if that's the issue. The code option is there for every one presumably because the ticket sender can't know if your phone has NFC.
I had a similar issue today. I was talking a friend through buying a ticket for Leicester game. At the buying stage it came up with a suggestion that print at home would be an option. But when it came to the delivery stage there was only mobile ticket option available.
I suggest contacting...
I don't think that's right. The ticket is in the wallet (either Apple Pay or Google Pay) so if you change phones you should be able to transfer the app and content.
Thanks. I am sure it's just a video issue as the guidance is clear. My small point is that the guidance says (for non NFC ) put you phone in the scanner whereas the video says don't put the phone in the scanner. I realise the video is probably intended for NFC phones but I think it should have...
If you look on the website you will see that this option is available for the first 3 home matches from tomorrow. It's a long time since I've used it so I think the guest has to be in your friends and family list but not absolutely sure what conditions are. Hope this helps.
So there seems to be a difference between the guidance notes for phone tickets and the video. The guidance says you can use a non NFC smartphone by using the u"show code" option and scanning that but the video shows only the NFC option and says clearly you can't put the phone in the scanner ...
See the other thread on this and you will see that there seems to be a problem with Hotmail accounts not receiving the email. My wife had this problem but you can go directly to the ticket site, login and then download the ticket from your account.
Mine like many others went into my junk folder.
People may not have noticed but the city is currently in special covid measures because of the very high infection rates. So we have surge testing and vaccination for 18 -29 ages and buried in the guidelines a suggestion to avoid "unnecessary" travel. Let's hope it works before our first home game!
