i think it was fair to say the he was coming into his own a bit more until the sheffield united red card. but as far as a mac allister replacement goes, been very underwhelming
could be that we were waiting to see what else could pan out this window before going for him, but luton advancing in negotiations so early in january has forced our hand? do not doubt that we would have been scouting him since he was about 4
young ecuadorean midfielder, was on the verge of joining luton but ourselves and man u have shown a late interest, allegedly. could of course be agent talk, but i definitely think we need a midfielder brought in.
looks a decent player, and i don’t think the caicedo comparison is as lazy as it...
to be honest that game doesn’t come into the top 10 of similar games that i’ve seen over the years, particularly under potter. 0-0 vs leeds, norwich, burnley and west brom all spring to mind. will just take the clean sheet with a very depleted squad and move on
thankfully all okay but there could easily have been a nasty collision there between steele and johnson. why on earth are linos are not allowed to flag when the player is blatantly offside, as evidenced by the replay? how seriously does someone have to get hurt before the footballing authorities...
don’t like this already. don’t get me wrong, it’s not been bad, but it’s been far too passive. just feel like we’re always one ball over the top away from going behind. just doesn’t suit us when there is no tempo
