I'm still unclear what you are trying to suggest with regards to PB? Why isn't he the man to do it? Or is it simply that you don't like him and really don't know for certain why... I'm genuinely interested.

Why will we not get there? What qualities are you so certain PB is missing to get us there? Is it just an uninformed hunch, or can you demonstrate a flaw in PB's strategy?
