I reckon it's Farley Jackmaster Funk 'Love Can't Turn Around'. It gets going at 1'20". The song also features the late great Darryl Pandy camping it up like no-one's business - but what a voice that bloke had.

There was a documentary about House Music I watched and in it Farley Jackmaster Funk says that Darryl was an amazing talent to work with but was a proper pain as he kept trying to hit on all the guys in the studio despite them being straight
