3 years ago I was in a similar position to you had 40k cash but not enough to get a decent house in the area that I wanted, I used that cash to start a business and 3 years later the business is making money and we are looking at longer term plans to get a better work/ life balance.

Exactly, so for quality of life its not a viable commute to live more than an hour away from Brighton and then on top of that have to brave the delights of Falmer Hill, Lewes Road or London Road during rush hour.
I am speaking from experience here, I do the journey between Polegate and...
If the OP wants to live in Eastbourne then this is a great option, my Mum and Dad live in Willingdon village and it has a lovely feel to the place, right next to the south downs and close to Polegate for a train in to Brighton. As you say nice pubs as well.
My immediate thoughts are:
Berwick: no school (think the closest is the dicker or Alfriston) but trains direct to Brighton and Eastbourne.
The Dicker: trains from Berwick, park mead primary school and St Beads.
Alfriston: Primary School, trains from Berwick or Seaford.
Ringmer: just outside...
Clutching at straws...he doesn’t have a case to answer, the police found a bag of weed in his car in 2010 - 2 years before the olympics, what has that got to do with PEDs use?
What story of A.J's don't you believe? A.J. doesn't have a case to answer because he hasn't tested positive, Fury has and came up with a ridiculous excuse.
The reason we were talking about Fury specifically is because you claimed that Wilder and Joshua couldn't be considered a massive fight...

Complete bollocks, this is a defence thats been given many times before when athletes have been caught using. Its well known that wild boar can cause a positive result, there have even been numerous medical journal articles written about it, obviously if you were a professional athlete surely...
Bottom line is we can only know for sure if someone is a user if they test positive, its unfair to be labelling someone as a drugs cheat just because of the way that they look.
Because of the politics in boxing and the different sanctioning bodies Lineal champions are very rare particularly in the heavyweight division. There is no doubt that both Wilder and Joshua are the two best heavyweights out there and they are fighting to unify the belts so its a massive fight as...
This isn't the first time North Korea have come to the table and agreed to pause their Nuclear programme in return for aid or the lifting of sanctions so I don't see any reason at the moment to champion Trump as the king of diplomacy.
The fact is that there has been a diplomatic game of poker...
No, he failed 2 drugs tests one for Benzoylecgonine and the other for Nandrolone which is an anabolic steroid. The defence for the nandrolone being that he ate a huge amount of un-castrated wild boar, which is one of a handful of ridiculous defences trotted out any time an athlete gets caught...
I think you are absolutely right that PED use is an issue in Boxing, there is clearly not enough testing and the governing bodies take very little action when fighters are found to be using. The fact that fighters like Browne and Ortiz can continue to fight after failing more than once and high...
