[Albion] Europa League - Away game tickets.

I suspect that they've probably already decided the various loyalty point bands/windows based on the possible teams that we can draw. My guess is that those details will be announced over the weekend and tickets will go on sale on Monday 26th.

    [Albion] Positives from today

It could have been 0-0 between Luton and United and we all know they'd still have shown that game first.

    [Albion] Dan Ashworth joins Newcastle

Confirmed that he'll need to serve TWO YEARS of gardening leave, on full pay, unless the clubs can agree a compensation package.

    [Albion] Rob Edwards

I reckon the next Albion manager will be Liam Rosenior.

    [Albion] Dan Ashworth joins Newcastle

Are the options essentially Man United pay £20m now, come to an agreement with Newcastle for a lower figure or they wait until Ashworth's contract expires? All the while, he's being paid full salary by Newcastle.

[Football] Was Mason Holgate’s horror tackle the worst in Premier League history? Here are five other shockers

The Britos tackle on Knockaert at Watford away in our first PL season was on a par with today's effort.

    [Football] Trains to Sheffield

Similar situation in the North. Coming across country from the North East to Sheffield, every other train is cancelled and the others are packed.

[Albion] Brighton's Roberto De Zerbi drawing attention of Europe's top clubs

The fact ‘it always seems to be us’ shows that a) our talent for spotting talent in recent times has been consistently excellent and b) our model is sufficiently robust that it can both allow people to succeed at a high level but also absorb their departure and allow the cycle to repeat itself.

    [Albion] Sam Jewell

Anyone writing Baleba off at this stage is in possession of a knowledge of the game that should be scrunched up and booted into the nearest bin. As others have said, the comparisons with Bissouma in particular are striking (both in terms of origins, fee paid, progress etc).

[Albion] The definitive Benfica / Sporting days switch thread.

That's the one I was thinking of - thanks!

    [Albion] Sam Jewell

This is an absolutely perfect summary of it all.

[Albion] The definitive Benfica / Sporting days switch thread.

What has happened in this situation before, and I forget which city it involved, is that one of the clubs did indeed play on a Wednesday. Swapping the legs is a total non-starter.

[Albion] The "Official" Albion Fan Advisory Board thread

I’m afraid to say that this is where I am too. Most of the updates seem to be either meetings about meetings or else progress on recruiting new members. I expected things like that in the infancy of the FAB, but we’re now a good deal further on from that in terms of time and I can’t really see...

    [Help] Student loans

I graduated in 2009 and finished paying mine off last year. I earn a decent amount but certainly not a really top job.

[TV] US Comedy Cup 24 - Group B

Quite a weak group, IMO. I've gone Curb, but with no real degree of enthusiasm.

    Any updates on recent meetings?

    [Albion] Dan Ashworth joins Newcastle

I think the key element is that the wheel is always turning in that sometimes a) your strategy needs to be pivoted in a different direction (as clubs are finding with FFP rules being more stringently applied and b) the job of constantly monitoring potential candidates for all important roles in...

    [Football] Potter to West Ham?

I think there's an enormous difference between what Benham seemingly did (the details are obviously sketchy) and what Potter did. In the latter's case, everything happened as per GP's contract. You don't insert a release clause without a) being prepared for someone to come along and pay it and...

    [Football] Potter to West Ham?

In all seriousness, I suspect that there's probably a perfectly cordial relationship between GP and TB/PB. I just see it as highly, highly unlikely that our paths will cross again in that regard.

    [Football] Potter to West Ham?

I think I have more chance of getting the Brighton job than Potter does of getting it again.
