Is this what society has come to when people put up posts asking how to buy something from a store! :D
Walk in, say to a member of staff you'd like to buy product, exchange money for said product and that's all there is to it.
So, was last year's (Errea) white colour part of the shirt the same as the Amex white OR was the Amex white box the same colour as the shirt white?
Could the club not have requested from Nike that the white be the same as the Amex white (or as close to as possible)?
Also, I read on these...
The "effect" would be the same, so why not have the white block (as per the Errea shirts) and iron on the letters (as per the goalkeepers kit).
Whether it's actually "bespoke" or not is neither here nor there, it's the end result that matters to the customers (I mean fans...) and the end result...
Of course (hence my first sentence that you didn't quote), however the practical and sensible things would be to come of at a junction and find a lay-by, public toilets or suchlike. Why/how(!) would anyone stop a coach coming off at a junction? They would not have police blocking every single...
Obviously, doesnt reflect well on the services/police from that article (not that I am sure we're really getting the whole story!)
So, there was not a single junction on route where the coach could have pulled off at and found a lay-by on an A/B road to let the fans relieve themselves? hmmm.
That's the whole point, the oppo are a better team and should have won, however the US came close (to getting to penalties at least) down to the attitude they had. I am of the opinion that if the US team had the English attitude last night, they would have lost by 3/4.
Great game to watch.
I think any England manager (or club manager for that matter) should play the video from the game and say "THIS is the sort of commitment I want from you, every game".
"There will be better players, better teams, better countries than England (and/or your club), but if you...
My guess is that the USA will win the World Cup before England do. That said, neither will win for many years.
They are only about 3 places behind England in the rankings, that gap will no doubt get closer given their success and our failure at the WC. They may even end up ranked ahead of us soon.
The footage I saw (on the BBC last night) showed the 1 sec before the clip you posted that shows the IC leg catching the Greece one which then resulted in the kicking of the ground.
Fair enough (and good news) that it's actually happening (finally!). Will be a fair while before we reap the benefits of this but we'll simply have to wait (and hope it develops properly).
The number of foreign player in the PL (and the Championship for that matter) is not the cause of the problem but simply the symptoms.
Some other countries create enough good players that they don't need to import better foreign ones.
Get rid of all foreign players from the PL and you won't...
Perspective, we now have the manger who has led his team to 3th & 4th in the Bundesliga. He's not going to be crap and would appear to have arguably more experience at managing at a high level than our previous two mangers.
Also, Guardiola was a defensive midfielder, he's done OK in management :D
Not to mention the manager of the England WC 1966 team, Sir Alf Ramsey, was a defender.
If we want to stereotype, one could say strikers players/managers are attack minded by strategically and defensively naive and...
