They are very worried on the Ipswich forum. Looking at his past experience I think he has worked with Barber at Spurs and Vancouver. This could have legs.
With all our South Americans more likely Spanish or Portuguese. Unlikely to be an English manager as there are very few strong candidates. The best one is probably Potter and we don’t want to go back.
Thank you Roberto. What a ride for the last 2 years. Will always be remembered and pleased we can say thank you tomorrow.
If it was going to happen it is the right time before pre season. We will also be looking a high level coaches. Anyone who says Russell Martin doesn’t understand the level...
Marseille away and Marseille at home were fantastic. I’m struggling to think of a pair of games that would beat them having seen the Albion in all four divisions.
Such a special experience being at our first ever European away game. Not sure I can ever remember such a pissed up away crowd...
Keep and use for obvious mistakes. That was what it was bought in for. VAR should probably only be used two or three times a season for each team. Should never be a part of every game.
With Adam going I’m happy he is staying. We don’t want too many oldies but having some experience is vital when we have so many young players. He’s not the only one to have a bad injury this season.
The Spurs game was obviously his best game but he was also important coming off the bench v...
If you are near the top of the Championship you don’t get many 3pm on a Saturday. A lot of evening games as well. Some viewing the Championship with rose tinted glasses.
Anyone who wants to be in the Championship is remembering challenging at the top. The relegation battle season with Hypia was grim. Being in Europe this season beats anything the Championship can offer.
This season has been the worst for injuries in the last forty plus years that I can remember. For an Albion manager to achieve mid table and last 16 in the Europa league is not easy bearing in mind these injuries. For some it is not good enough and they want him gone.
I would imagine they...
We don’t only play one way. De Zerbi changed it for Spurs at home which worked. He also changed it for Man City at home which didn’t. The players out injured has been the problem rather than the tactical plan. When we have a fit squad again we will improve again.
Team has difficult period so some fans always want the manager sacked. It’s why they wanted Potter gone as well but they now only remember his good form at the end.
Man United fans were the same and wanted Ferguson sacked. Potter was a good manager and De Zerbi is even better. Fortunately Bloom...
One eyed? I would more say blindfolded view of the season. If you can’t see we have a really good manager I would suggest you don’t watch any football. Tony Bloom is delighted to have De Zerbi and won’t be sacking him even if we have a slow start to the season.
De Zerbi transformed March. If anyone can share appearances and goals by March under Potter and De Zerbi.
At one point under Potter I was wondering if March would ever score a goal again.
Loser mentality? Surely that applies to someone who is completely negative and keeps going on about a relegation battle next year. Put your money on it then as you will get very good odds.
