That was when he fancied it-most of the time he simply couldn't be bothered, the rest of the time he was on the bench.

I was hopeful that new coaching ideas, a couple of new team mates and a fresh start would see the "New Locadia". He is Championship at best with his lack of commitment. I saw him in the friendly against Fulham and saw improvements from last season. He is back to his former self. Time for the...
Andone cost us the game today. We were better than Stains, even after the red card. I think he may have cost himself an extended spellout of the 18. He was a total bonehead.

We haven't had enough time yet to fully assess and appreciate the difference Potter has made but there has been a huge lifting of the players' spirits already. They all look so much fitter and appear to be much happier. Reid and Hamberg deserve credit too-the three of them are clearly a good...
I'll admit to being one of the 'Sideways Stephens' mugs. In fairness he displayed crab tendancies a lot so it's not surprising people got frustrated with him. He has looked a completely different player these last two games.

Effective for one season. Last season, despite the points tally by Christmas, was still pretty horrible. Even more so away from home. After Christmas it was simply bloody awful.

Explain the transformation then for those of us who don't wish Hughton was still at the club.
I was at Watford and at The Amex yesterday. Pröpper, Stephens, Montoya and March are unrecognisable from last season. Burn is actually in the team and our new signings (except Webster) have all...
Explain the performance at Watford then. The starting 11 had no new players, 2 subs on at around 65 minutes. Hughton's squad ran Watford ragged under the tutelage of Potter, Reid and Hamberg.

A large number of players were under-coached last season and by January looked totally de-motivated. Watch Dunk's 2 videos on the club website. He doesn't have a dig at Hughton, however, he suggests that all of the players are enjoying themselves. Something missing last season.
Sorry, but for...
How can football "do something like cricket"? Cricket has regular natural stoppages-every single ball.
If players stopped their blatant cheating VAR wouldn't be necessary. It shouldn't take long for them to modify their behaviour-be that less cheating or being more aware of offsides, etc. We...
