When I started watching footie in the eighties it was the number one haircut. Most of the top boys in Brighton had the perm at the back. They called themselves West Streeter's.
Fortunately times have moved on.
I was furious when he was sold, I phoned up the club trying to get
through to Bellotti. I almost got put through but the lady hesitated asking who
I was, I said I was somebody with some money to put in the club. She then obviously realised I was a hoaxer!
I like Fred he is a legend, I will be sad the day he retires, I always take my daughter to his sand castle competions in Littlehampton. He is a really top bloke same as sports presenter Belvers he is all for the Albion getting plenty of coverage.
I would think Bognor and Worthing would be very interested, but on a more serious note there was talk about a link up with Crawley. Conference football is very competive and would be good experience for any young player.
Does anybody know the guy ranting and raving at half time down by the toilets in the South Stand on Saturday. He was about 50ish with glasses.
It was just like he'd been let out of the asylym. But he did a great quote" Bloody Dean White, when he took the job he said he'd get us the best players...
I don't think it would make a big difference to the gate if the price dropped
by a fiver. People are just pissed of with the Withdean experience.
They will all be lining up to get the first tickets for Falmer, it always been the same with Albion fans. Even when we settle in at Falmer and we...
Yet again every club in the football league seems to be busy with trialists and looking at bringing in loan players or making permanent signings.
Gillingham are looking at bringing in David Graham who would have been a much better signing than Forster, also Boyd of Luton would have been worth...
Fulham and Reading are only small clubs in my eyes, Leyton Orient or Eastbourne Borough would have been better teams to play. Fulham are only there because of Al Fads millions, I am sure if he brought the Albion there is a chance we would have Falmer and be in the Premiership, and I'm serious.
We need the MP's to step in. How are you expected to accept a
25% wage cut against the rate of inflation over the next 5 years. You'd have to be a c~@t to accept that.
Come on the Posties on here, no scabbing please.
