Being at Withdean will live long in my memory. We had some bloody brilliant seasons there. The back to back Championships, Swindon at home. The Great Escape twice. Then winning the League One Title last season. Made you think about the times sitting in the rain, was totally worth it. But now...
I thought the atmosphere last night was dead. Is it something to do with the price of tickets? Or are people getting fed up, with the style of play we've seen to adapted when Capello was in charge?
Going by what the Pompey fans were saying on Late Kick off. Some of them have had enough and hope the club going in Liquidation. So they can do a AFC Wimbledon and start in Non-League and work their way up the leagues. So maybe AFC Portsmouth could be on the horizon?!
I can't wait for the new season to begin. With Kimmi Rakionnen back, anything can happen. Just hope he has a competitive car. I seriously Jenson can push on from last season and hopefully bring the World Championship back to Mclaren. But the person to beat is Vettel, going by testing sesssions...
Following on from the thread of The Demise of Uncle Sams. Two names keep popping up and they're Grubbs and Burger off. So down to you NSC, which one is the best out of the three?
Uncle Sams, Grubbs or Burger off.
Navarro has been the foundation to our unbeaten run in 2012. He has improved by a country mile since he has been here. I remember lot of people on here slagging him off when he first arrived saying he was overweight and didn't add anything to our Midfield. Now look at how times have changed?!
I would love to see Wrexham back in the Football League. But I don't think they'll pip Fleetwood to the Conference title this season, that lost on Saturday might of cost them big time. I also would love to see Halifax back in the Football League, I've been supporter since Keiran O'Reigan was...
I think that is a very good response by Gus. But IMHO I would rather be where we're now 7th in the table. And push on maybe next season, we're not ready for the Premiership.
If West Ham weren't so jerkyl and hyde. They would of been running away with this league. If you take your pieman out of your team, then you wouldn't even be top of the league now f*** off!
The way he stood up after getting his ankles tapped by that Ispwich player, was fantastic. If that was in the Premiership, we would of seen players rolling round like they've just been shot.
I thought they were a decent side, but what did they create during the game? apart from Michael Chopra chip, and headed brilliant off the line by Greer. And that was by Mattock's mistake. Jewell is a deluded twat.
