Guys my post was not in fact a real life japanese high speed monorail which goes twice as fast as a "duorail" at half the cost.
It was a photo of the monorail at Chessington World of Adventures.
Why can't we do stuff like they do in other countries? In Japan (pic below) they raise up the trams onto stilts to avoid congestion below.
These high-speed trains run on just one rail (halving the cost) whilst going twice the speed of "duorails."
If our council had a bit of vision we'd be...
