Would like it to be simple though it looked simple until I dug into the connection have asked Chilten questions on this as it is still my preferred option there and back for £14.50
Still considering my options the thing that puts me off Tube is the reported queues for it although the train I intend catching is more than 90 minutes after the game ends.
I can stay at my son's London flat which is in Stratford as he will be off touring the world again at that time or...
But the cost of a train ticket to and from High Wycombe is very expensive the only problem with the train is the time gap being very small for the connection.
At a cost greater than parking at Wembley not really an option.
EDIT (I was looking at Chiltern trains only on their site and have now looked at the options given on National Rail) All the options from Wembley Central include many changes and or Tube journeys adding a complication.
On the way there it is via HW but on the way back it is via Bicester North, the earlier train that costs 4x more which goes via HW gives a 2 minute window.
Still pondering my journey from Brum cheapest is train to Wembley but the return connection only leaves 3 minutes between wembley train arriving and Brum train leaving very tight.
My son has offered to pay for a parking spot at Wembley but this is £40 apparently!
Was thinking of Hillingdon or...
I will buy a ticket but if I can't get someone to swap shifts with me can't go because work have refused holiday due to Xmas!
I am excited about all games I can get too.
I don't think there was much "harvesting" on Friday looked pretty full the away end all the way to the end.
I also have lost all connection to what they should be a points statement telling us what points have been added and when would be helpful.
Train the Euston from Brum then private escort in via my son who lives in the Olympic Park then stroll to the ground from there....frantic rush back to catch a train at Marylebone I suspect after the game.
TBF Bozza (Did you notice your staring role at Arsenal?) it was the huge amount of communication that the club got, some of it abusive which I never condone, which got them to soften.
Like this one it was all commercial contracts blah blah blah I still await a knock on the door from the PL.
I...
Well the Newcastle fans well upset on Twitter :)
Twitter.....
I also think he was off balance and natural reactions took over, the Newcastle player tries to get up his knee hits Hemed's right leg this throws Hemed off balance he is falling forward and his natural reaction to to find balance...
He also had a better defence in front of him at the Albion this all helps the keeper concentrate and to work less and it shows up less of their frailties.
He will get his wedge regardless of results.
Thing that gets me it is 10 loyalty points must be something to do with the time and it being on telly if so midday on a Sunday Arsenal should be 5 million loyalty points!
