It was never a deal about money. It was about global branding. NONE of the sponsor money goes towards the stadium, it all goes into the clubs community projects, which is why Amex wanted to do it.
Im sure that there are some people who go to every game and therefore should get first dibs in the way of a guaranteed ticket. Not everyone will want to or be able to afford it but some will. The rest should go on some sort of loyalty plan.
You pay a £10 per game fee up front and pay the rest when the tickets go on sale?

I used to work in a local pub and the bloke on one of the northstand gated used to drink there. For a pint i was in whenever i wanted.
On the last game my mate was a programme seller, once he sold out i put his jacket on and followed him in the west to cash up. Then upstairs to a seat!!
