It's pretty difficult to create chances that players cannot miss. Usually teams score from good or dangerous chances, where you see a good finish.
That's not true, Locadia had a couple (especially the free header), Izquierdo had a good chance when he came on, and Dunk had a free header in the first half that he should have done better with.

If you're using the 32-bit version of Office, you could try downloading the 64-bit version to see if it makes a difference.
