With respect to others who have said similar things, this is the best post on NSC for weeks.
There has been so much hysteria based on so little knowledge of the facts; so much criticism and blame levelled when we have no idea if it's deserved or not.
What will be, will be and on August 3...
Why are you sure? Why would they not report it in that case? It would be coup for them.
And if they do know more but are bound by a confidentiality agreement, they are acting perfectly correctly.
How do you suggest they find out things that are not being said?
Bribes, phone taps ...?
It's their job to report what is possible to report. The alternative is to resort to the above or simply to make it up. Is that what you want?
'Screaming for change.' Really? What, exactly, do you want them to say?
If they know as little as the rest of us about what's going on (and we know next to nothing) what more can they say?
I want to know too, but I don't want the Argus to report on trivial stuff that tells us nothing - that's just a waste of their time writing it and ours reading it.
Do we know for sure that the meeting is actually taking place at the Amex? Maybe it's in a 'secret location'!
Why do we need to know who arrives and when? That will tell us nothing.
When something definite happens and the club are ready to announce it, they will.
What more can the Argus tell us except the little we already know? What do you want them to do ... make it up?
My personal feelings are opposite to the OP's but you have to respect his point of view.
I find it sad if he and others feel that way, as my love of the Albion wouldn't change whether we were in the Champions League final or relegated to the Sussex County League.
But that doesn't make me right...
None of that makes all customers right all of the time.
If you and I disagree totally on the quality of something that we purchase from the club, are we both still right? How does the club react to that?
I have been in the service industry for over 40 years and I've had many customers who...
By the same token, Manchester City are 'rudderless' on the playing side. Amazingly they've just signed two players!
And as far as an 'educated guess' is concerned, the only 'education' any of us has in the matter is that Gus is suspended. We have no more 'education' than that on the matter...
No, he's not.
Some customers are right some of the time.
As NSC constantly proves, some customers differ with others on what is right so they can't all be right!
I don't. I have no idea if the club is rudderless or not at the moment. Nor do you or anyone else.
I don't believe that Tony Bloom and the Board would allow the club to be rudderless in any department. The Suspended Three are not the only ones in the club involved with the playing side and...
So Tony's the good guy and has nothing to do with all the terrible decisions Barber is making?
Do you really believe this? I can't believe that Barber introduces anything major without the approval of Tony and the Board, so how can Barber be singled out for all this wild criticism? Surely, in...
I agree with US that the term 'Plastics' is very childish as is 'JCL'.
Some seem incredibly obsessed with those they would put into these categories. We're all free to support who we want, how we want and when we want. There are no rules.
Personally, I couldn't care less about others. I...
