I don't think any of them are being kept at the mail centre as they were being processed through one of the machines up there. After going through the machine they would then be despatched to the relevant delivery office.
Unless a complete disaster hits the mail centre the tickets should be on their way to their respective delivery offices over the next few hours. They should hopefully be delivered this morning.
