Think I found it. Now showing as sold, subject to contracts.. pictures very faint, or greyed out because 'sold'? May need new carpets, some less garish paint on front room walls, and the garden could do with tidying up. Sorted.

You'd think the refurb contractors would at least tidied up the stonework, on upper floors.. forgot how long the scaffolding was up for.

A degree can be a good earner long term, so I feel some contribution should be made - though not the £9,000 a year that will saddle many students with massive debts for many years. Amazing how nearly all Uni's decided that is how much tuition costs, when fees were introduced.. Has the quality...
