I disagree, but if the club's taking their money, it's all good either way. Until very recently we haven't been selling out so it's not like they're depriving anyone "more worthy" of a seat.
Did anyone else pick up on this? I first read it about it here - basically, Braintree were leading 1-0 and kicked the ball out for one of their players to receive treatment. In giving the ball back, a Guiseley player "accidentally" chips the keeper and scores. And Guiseley refuse to let...
Not sure what the issue is here. Did telling people by the Thames (and viewers across the UK!) some news about a possible terrorist attack hundreds of miles away cause mass panic? Oddly enough, no. There are plenty of reasons to slag off Kay Burley, but this isn't one of them IMO.
I'm more excited that Player is now in HD. The video quality, especially of highlights, was previously woeful. Though given last season, that wasn't the worst thing.
This is the key point. I remember us being told to judge the team at the end of the window, by which point the rot had already started to set in.
Clearly we can't do the same in this upcoming window. We need a manager in place for 1st January and new players very quickly afterwards. If we pull...
It's not only that we didn't strengthen, we sold two of our best players in Bridcutt and Barnes. A sign of things to come over the summer, as it turned out.
Disgusting, wasn't it? I too was amazed at the vitriol directed at Gus at the time. Now look where we are. An utter shambles.
And for those who talk about overspending, I remember the club gleefully stating how Oscar's budget was actually a bit higher than the previous season's. And I doubt...
He has to go, but he's not the only one responsible for this shambles. The "tactics," for want of a better word, have been awful and the organisation defensively has been abysmal. Selection has also been baffling at times, and these are all issues where Hyypia is ultimately responsible...
I'll echo all the other comments here, terrible standard of service. The "quality" of the match highlights is especially ridiculous for a paid service, given what you can get through YouTube.
