As a point of fact, Falmer DOES have working barriers. They just don't use them on match days - presumably as you can only get two people at a time through them.
Portsmouth aren't a big club though. Historically (in the last 40 years or so), until their recent spell in the Premiership, they've averaged no more than 15,000 or so and as little as 9,000.

That's a completely contradictory statement.
Surely the fact that they had one of the largest attendances in the league is an indication that they're one of the biggest clubs in the league? And if you don't care about their attendance then why make a point about how a big a club they are...
Someone described me as "clueless" for saying that Scottish football is shit on the David Goodwillie thread a couple of weeks back. Presumably this means they think the SPL is a league of world beaters, making their comment somewhat ironic to say the least.
