I used to knead the dough by hand but as far as I can tell just as many gluten strands are developed when using a dough hook and the bread rises at least as well.

You have my admiration for making croissants! Love making bread, no bread making machine but I do use a dough hook on the mixer. I’ve made croissants once, took two days and they were delicious, but never again - just not worth the effort.

I’d love to be able to stand all game but no longer can. At away games I’ve never had a problem even at those grounds which “insist” you use your ‘ticketed’ location. A polite word with someone who is standing near the front has always resulted in an exchange. I wonder if something similar...

Just how many Albion fans were affected by the behaviour of the Palace thugs? Personally I parked in the Mill Road P&R as normal - arrived at the stadium as normal - wandered up to the shop, bought fish and chips and then entered the lower East concourse - all without any kind of incident. I...
