Amusing for you maybe.
Sorry but a Palace scarf wearing man shouldn't be welcomed in any Albion end.
From reading this forum there is a clear issue over loyalty points… but why? if a Palace fan can rack up enough in 12 months to get a ticket for Palace away surely anyone can do that?
Make...
You find it funny because you don’t follow Brighton away. So away tickets aren’t a concern to you. If a Palace scarf wearing Ecuadorian got a ticket over you for an away game you wanted to go to - you’d change your tune.
It’s a joke, let’s not deny it.
Surely that’s then down to the Albion away support to frog march Roland Rat out of the Amex/Any away end though?
You’re talking about a club who put names on away tickets yet Roland Rat gets tickets for every game?
Call me old fashioned but anyone who has a Palace scarf wrapped round there...
So more fans who didn’t know where Brighton even was 3 years ago the merrier at away games over actual Brighton fans?
Really?
Roland Rat literally had a Palace scarf on a year ago and he was rubbing shoulders with Brighton in the away end yesterday?
Appreciate Brighton fans have justified he has enough points for Palace away (still find it hard to believe) on here but it baffles me how much credit he receives.
Surely a life long Brighton fan deserves a ticket yesterday over someone who was posing on YouTube just a year ago in the...
Fair enough!
But given he was supporting Palace in the Holmesdale End a year ago (I’m only going by @Peppermint Tea ’s video.. I may have that wrong) and given how massive Brighton’s fanbase is I’m quite surprised how quickly he’s ‘climbed the ladder’ out the Albion.
I think the poll results say it all.
The 2 votes for ‘yes’ are either by:
A) wind-ups
B) folk who have never been to a football match in their lives
C) David Elleray and his wife
I can certainly vouch for that! A likeable character but not great at football.
Quite laughable really we had a centre back pairing of Tanganga and Dier yesterday. Which being totally honest is a Championship pairing at best.
11 games to go and definitely on for it..
This for me would trump Arsenals invincibles. I don’t think it would be unfair to say the 2022/23 Southern Combination Football League Division One is tougher than the 2003/04 Premier League. :glare:
You can assume correct - I wasn’t there today - I was in Leicester (yes we lost 4-1 ha ha ha)
Only done Palace away with Brighton about 6/7 times, so not as many as most.. the memories of the 5-0 defeat as a 10 year old in ‘02 after the game still live with me til this day.
Not condoning what...
Don’t have to justify it to me mate.
I have followed Brighton home and away (pre Premier League days.. it became a conflict of interest at that point!) - Brightons support, home and away, in my opinion, is in the top 10 in the country, hands down. Superb. - Anyone worth their salt knows this...
Yep. Been all over (with Spurs) as you have (with England). Spanish by far the worst. Seville, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia. All the same, and police always in balaclavas too. Did Barcelona (a) with my 65+ year old Dad and his knee is still f***ed 4 years on from an unnecessary baton.
Few mates...
You’re in for a shock next season in Europe if you think our Police are incapable/heavy handed.
The very few posters on here who follow England away will know what I mean.
So the fans of the ‘top 6’ should suffer because of greedy/bad owners that the fans have next to no control over?
You can’t possibly have supported Brighton in the mid-90’s.
