why do you think they went into the development squad? generally free if not all free and brought in to see if they could step up. when they don't they are released - not exactly rocket science
they are trying to block the keepers view of the ball through the defenders legs, unfortunately the guy taking the free kick is shite and couldn't get the ball up enough
Ok I see that side of it however the club cannot surely assume people won't turn up and risk facing penalties if too many people are attend. Much as it's a nice thought the maximum tickets sold can only be 28.5k
you're missing the point - the ticket HAS to be for a specific seat. the club CANNOT sell a ticket with just access to the ground to find a space or duplicate a seat number
when you get a ticket at the Amex it is for a specific seat! if a season ticket holder decides that day not to turn up how the hell can the club sell their seat???
As I said before, CH will not take any action for another 6 months when a strike off notice will be issued giving a further 3 months to file. This happens quite a lot believe it or not
