Technically, we are not in a better position than we were before Bas left. Things were looking good, but the team fell to pieces with some key players leaving. We probably will be better off in the long run though. The key is getting rid off the dead wood and replacing with the correct signings...

We did, didn't we? But lacked the final killer pass and finish. Bowditch and Cox did reasonably well in the first half, Thomson and El-Abd battled well and the defence looked solid. I would imagine that it is better to show encouragement, than lambast the team. ??? I am sure it is very easy...
