Yep, I think I've sat in those seats, or ones very similar in the South (I presume you mean the ones right at the back) and the view is just fine. The reason it is restricted viewing (I think) is that there is a handrail running across the front of the section. I and my kids didn't notice it at all.
Thanks to everyone for contributions, especially postman pat and piltdown man (PMs sent). Fortunately I'm West Suffolk rather than in the wilds of felixstowe etc so am on the motorways pretty quickly. Reckon I should be there for 6-6.30 IF the dartford is OK...
Want to come down for the Palace match, but coming from Suffolk after school pick up really need to get a parking spot. Website is sold out, wondering a couple of things:
1) does anyone have a parking spot at the bridge that they don't need now? If so I'd gladly take it off you.
2) Any other...
Obviously I don't know your background, and yours is a perception shared by many. I wonder if that's because of how exposed we all are relatively to each i.e. RAF vs NHS? Could there be some skewing here because we as a society deal with the NHS a lot over our life, therefore can see it's flaws...
How many pilots are there in the RAF? and how many people are employed by the RAF? Or should we be getting the pilots to design the planes, build the planes, fuel the planes, build the hangars, maintain the planes and the hangars as well as flying the planes? Shall the pilots pay themselves and...
Its a very good, if tough, book.
About 4 years ago I took my then 5 yr old son to an essex cricket match vs the Aussies. Boy was wearing his Brighton top and we happened to walk past Alan Davies. Alan happened to notice my boy and said "Ahh Brighton" and then commented " he looks like a very...
A dump? Sure, the sugar factory isn't going to win awards and all towns have run-down parts, but the town centre is nice (and i'm not biased, I am one of the London over-spill you mention, that being some 10 yrs ago mind). In fact, the reason why I like bury is that it has both the pretty parts...
I live in Bury St Eds, having 2 small kids I can't advise on having a teeming social life but can give a run down of places to eat/drink and activities (some of which have already been mentioned):
Food and drink:
Pea porridge http://peaporridge.co.uk/ - lovely little relaxed restaurant which...
Without my wife, I would not have got through the door of the gp to even start sorting it out. I always knew she was being supportive, however the worst thing I could hear was "Its going to be fine", whenever I heard this I always thought "no, it's not, but I can't tell you what's going on in my...
What you e described above was how I was before I sought help. In the end, my wife booked me a doctors appointment, I went in and essentially cried for 20 mins. That was the beginning of me recognising the issue, and the journey to resolving it. I would suggest going to your local ccg (clinical...
Picking up on this thread...
Have now been in the states for 2.5 weeks, in which time we have been to the Grand Canyon (jaw dropping and terrifying at the same time), Zion (picture perfect) and Bryce Canyon. Now on the big island (Hawaii) and have today taken a helicopter over the lava flows...
Hi Oddson,
So, it's now 4 weeks later and I still haven't had a response from them. I've checked the status of the email daily and nowt has changed. When yours was sorted, did they email to let you know, or did you just keep on checking? I am trying to speak to them but get "line is busy" all...
Exact same experience as me. I said "I can feel that" to which the doc replied that it's normal to feel tugging, to which I replied "no, I can feel you slicing". Anyhow, another injection and a few more minutes and everything was fine.no after effects at all, no soreness, just a great excuse to...
