As a qualified coach who works with children from 5-16 I believe changes are needed to make the role of a coach for young players a permanent role. All the time coaches are employed on a casual basis and not paid to put in the time needed to develop players properly they will struggle to do so...

Miquel would be a great signing. Have seen him play on numerous occassions and has never looked out of place. Good pace, plenty of height and comfortable on the ball. Would be a perfect fit.
