Please use your brain,... the possibility of a sin bin for 10 mins is exactly what will stop the lunatics from trashing the game with shirt pulling, simulation, abusing the ref, reckless tackles,......... see?... it will change the players behaviour, if they dont change their club will put them...
No you dont,... even minor technical infringements, if repeated, like offside or killing the ball in critical phases of play, or critical areas of the pitch, result in yellows, so it is very appropriate for football. Why dont you take your football centric blinkers off for once?
I think it was 98% the stadium and the fear of not being able to watch games.......that fear has now gone so I suspect renewals will be 5-8k down going into the next season assuming we are not challenging at renewal time (feb\mar).
There wasn't the 'pant wetting' no..... but there is now a massive financial and logistical commitment not previously part of the equation, even in relative terms.
You do realise that if we had enough presence up front, enough presence to pressure their defenders and m/f players, they wouldn't have the freedom to waltz through our defence.
Whilst it is great to see the injured back.....in actuality our bench has one defender, two midfielders and one striker who have played very little football lately.
