But theres the bit your missing! Dean White was telling the players what Adams wanted them to do in the matches. The tactics and what they were meant to be doing in the matches came from Adams idea's. Dean White just follows instructions through. The players might of understood the tactics...

The know it all experts on here never cease to amaze me. Adams was manager, his gameplan, his idea's, his tactics. None of you have the faintest idea of how competant the coaching staff are.

I take it your one of the players then? The interesting bit in your post is 'Micky relied on his coaches to help him drill tactics and a gameplan into the players'. If that was the case I think Dean White is an awesome coach as he managed to get Mickys 'smash it up front and hope Zamora gets...

I would love to know exactly how any of you know that Dean White is useless. He coaches the team, Micky Adams was the manager and he told him how to coach the team. How do ANY of you know that he didn't tell Adams every day that he thought he should be trying something else but got shot down...

I drove up there the other day and was surprised at how little was going on. Clancy's were taking an eternity (as usual) to make a road wider and the earthmovers are still in the exact same position as they have been ever since people started posting photos of them! As for 'Loads of activity'...
