Biggest (or smallest) disappointments
By far, when I saw the size of other boys thingies!
Not by coincidence, that might also have been my wifes.
Sadly I am, but thanks for reminding me of Embassy Records. My first (and for sometime only) record was on Embassy ...Frankie & Johnny. I didn't in particular like it, but played it non stop for weeks, must have driven my parents mad! Could have been worse, they might have splashed out on a drum...
It could have been ' To Hell and Back' the true, but highly overdramatised story of one man single handedly wiping out almost the entire Japanese Army!
On the other hand it might have been any one of a dozen Norman Wisdom films.
This is an interesting observation, as whilst talking to another Seagull Supporter yesterday re' yet another 'International footy break' they also said, exactly that! Which made me consider, that I too despite being (to a decent degree) patriotic, am hardly bothered now with International...

Probably be Palace then. He's daft enough, and they're daft enough to pay a giant wedge for a guy they'll get a dozen games out of a season. Bring it on!
Not a shame at all, it's convenience food. It tastes alright, I've eaten all of them, yes I agree they're probably not good as part of a regular diet. But for Christsake I hope the Nigels don't see this thread....they'll think we're a bunch of 'shrinking violets' or worse, stuck up toffs dining...
