    Another shit away game

[Football] Chrystal Palace for sale. £750 million valuation apparently:

Must be all that shrewd investment on and off the pitch that is driving that huge valuation. If someone buys that shambles for anywhere near that can we get their number as I have a load of magic beans to offload.

    [Albion] Palace Fans Biggest Fear

Imagine he is looking at this seasons young players who have barely featured and when they do the manager throws them under the bus.

    [Albion] Palace Fans Biggest Fear

Was being reported the other day Ings is on north of £130k a week so also fits the financial prudence model in operation at Selhurst.

[Albion] Valentín Barco **Season Loan To Sevilla 23/08/24**

Looks like an incredible deal and one you can’t really lose on. I am sure there have been approaches but if the player insisted on first team football in PL then we are probably one of only ones who can credibly offer that. I also suspect pervis is going to be the summers must have Brighton...

[Albion] Valentín Barco **Season Loan To Sevilla 23/08/24**

Only guessing but this looks like one of those where we have been heavily trailing the player for some time and when door has opened have offered a clear pathway that is more attractive. Unlike those clubs we now have a catalogue of examples for any young player that shows they will get time...

    [Albion] Premier League 21-24/12/23

Good to see Chelsea win the title of most defeats in 2023 and with those bumper contracts they have signed they can keep this winning formula together until at least 2030

    [Albion] that De Zerbi interview

He’s just frustrated as all his best options and experienced players are disappearing week on week (Mitoma leaving on crutches last night being the latest). He is highly ambitious and at the moment is patching a side made up of kids and players who have not been able to have a rest. I read...

[Albion] Crystal Palace vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

imagine being a palace fan with Roy trying to shut up shop at half time and Olise with the ball time wasting in the corner on 70min. No wonder they are all so depressed up the road watching that shit every week.

    [Albion] Injuries

If he is still on 4 ahead of Asia cup would be worth mitoma getting a deliberate yellow then and serving ban whilst tournament is on

    [Albion] Viktor Gyokeres

Whilst it did not work out for him here it shows our attacking player scouting has been top notch. Wasn’t that long ago it had become a bit of a joke about us scoring goals and signing strikers how times have changed!!

[Albion] Arsenal vs Brighton & Hove Albion *** Official Match Thread ***

Despite their dominance kept in the game and on another week could have snatched a point. This team are producing wonders with the squad available so these games are going to happen until we strengthen the squad or more players return.

I prefer this clip from the game

[Albion] Was the penalty correctly awarded?

I don’t want to see those given as penalties as it’s two players tangling competing for the ball so it’s a no for me. Also that is seriously stretching the definition of clear and obvious so why is the VAR even getting involved?

[Albion] Positives from today (Chelsea away)

Lots of valuable minutes for what look like future young stars

    [Football] Sin bin trial...

Great another rule that can be applied inconsistently from match to match to give us even more to be raging about Nah not for me thanks

[Football] How to fix VAR ?

Unless you are a Sheffield United fan the goal line technology has been a success as the decision is not subjective. VAR is a flawed concept as it relies on the same people who made inconsistent decisions on the pitch to make consistent ones off it and we wonder why we get the same result...
