Totally agree with you. But this is not a spat between coach and player that has led to a transfer request. This is simply a player who is engineering a move.

Not that surprising that grumpy looking player who was part of a mass grump at the world cup (where some players refused to speak to Trossard I understand) acts like a grumpy child when he didn't get what he wants (encouraged by inept agent). Whilst disappointing, none of this seems surprising.

I suspect he was hoping to shine at the world cup in a strong Belgian side and come back with reputation enhanced, and to a queue of suitors. I'll bet they are less enthusiastic now than they were and he's got a major hump.
