[Football] Who would you prefer to win the PL?

Bit of a problem here, don't like the LFC fanbase, don't like Arsenal and don't want City to dominate, based on that went City

I guess one thing in their favour is the transport infrastructure in this densely populated area, and they were looking at Crystal Palace park at one point, I believe?

    [Albion] Palace Fans Biggest Fear

You'd have thought they'd give serious consideration to another site before building on the existing one with very limited capacity issues? There's no long term plan though, is there?

    [Albion] Palace Fans Biggest Fear

The thing that makes me laugh is these insensitive decisions mean zero in the scheme of football club's accounts, i.e. wage bills of £60,000,000+ and you try to screw the supporters for what must be over a season say £10,000, unreal logic from Palace. I agree on the loyalty points but squeezing...

That's true although I'd challenge we've had an equally bad season with injuries and Europe to face. I'm just hoping we can retain a Top 10 finish, which, for in a row, would be a great achievement.

A very lucky season for Palace, any other season would have seen them perish with Parish.

[Albion] Albion announce £122.8m profit for the 2022/23 season

and fees .... with "fixers", sorry Investment Managers, charging 3-5% fee for structing a loan, not to be sniffed at at £20m on a £400m loan. And then repeating this each time a loan is paid of by another loan!!

[Albion] Albion announce £122.8m profit for the 2022/23 season

When you think most commercial loans are going to be at least 10% ish in the current climate, the repayment for this season alone wouldn't have covered the interest on £400m, bloody 'ell!

    [Albion] Would you take Eddie?

If, and it's a huge "if", RDZ leaves we need to appoint the person that TB and PBOBE already have on their desk jotters, he (or she) is the right person for the job!

[News] What age were you when you first hard boiled an egg ?

From about 6 or 7, Mum put the pan on and we chucked the eggs in, when I could see in the pan I was allowed to light the gas too, around 8. Off to play football each day of the school holidays, bottle of squash, two HB eggs and butties. Mum & Dad both worked FT so you had to entertain yourself...

You'll see numerous food manufacturers' posting record profits over the coming months. Remember those companies as those were the ones hyping the inflation we had and profiteering to make it far worse, Greggs were one they'll be loads of others.

There are huge GDPR issues, let alone compromises bringing into question the adherence to The Official Secrets Act 1989, I'd say keep well away from the village and the village spy.
