Currently anyone 20th-11th looks like they could be in for a relegation battle. A few teams have enough quality to steer themselves out of it and the rest will scrap it out. Any side that can put out 2/3 wins in a row suddenly opens a gap. Got to make the most of 2 home games over the next 2...
Pace he has got
Can defend as well at times
His passing ability is potentially non existent and he looks really awkward technically
What I’d like to do is give his pace and height to Bruno. Maybe his age as well. Then Bruno would be perfect
Thought he was our brightest spark tonight till march came on. Needs to curb his frustration and temper at times.
Might just be me but I’d be interested seeing Izquierdo through the middle, march and AK wide with grob a bit deeper as part of a middle 3 but allow the 3 attacking players a bit...
Until it’s mathematically impossible you have to keep the faith don’t you? What football is all about. As the ginger warrior said last night you dare to dream. For us that is 17th place.
And please for the love of god let us not have curbishley, O’neil, Appleton lol, George Graham or o’leary...
I think we are a better side with him on the pitch. Pace worries teams and he has very good movement. Needs to be less predictable and go outside the man on occasions to keep the defender guessing. Scores goals and to be fair is the 1 player who is constantly getting in position to shoot.
I can...
Don’t think the issue will be wether there was contact as there was. I think he steps away from the ball into the player. He also makes the most of the contact. That’s what the panel will look at if they do at all but it’s one of those you’re thankful for getting as you get about 1 in 10 and...
I’d be using the squad for this one
Ryan
Scoletto (see if he actually play RB)
Duffy
Dunk
Bong
Propper
Kayal
AK
Brown
Izquierdo
Hemed
Krul
Bruno
stephens
Baldock
March
Murray
Uwe
Give a few a rest get some minutes into others
Shame drove Maidstone this morning and was in south Essex and 1/2 degrees and snow. Moved round and south of Gatwick pure rain. Arrived back in Lewes to 8 degrees.
Cold front dropped East a bit and south a bit but there didn’t look like anything significant south of Essex.
Tomorrow afternoon...
We were poor in general today. The team we put out looked like a side that would be looking for a point and maybe attacking in the final 10/15 off the bench. Works fine as long as you don’t concede basic goals from set plays.
I agree reference the wingers. I’d also say against a team like...
