I was thinking that, Sod’s law eh?
I have to admit (at this present moment in time), I like Salah. A talented footballer who even on an off day poses a serious threat to any team. Seems like a decent guy as well. Thought Palace fans targeting him as the pantomime villain was classless. Sakho...
Ssshhh...it’s actually a secret containment thread, the perfect place to piss off palace fans who complain about us being obsessed with them, avoiding the obvious irony that they spend hours of their lives regularly posting on a Brighton fan forum.
Hughton and Mourinho were like chalk and cheese today: Mourinho, arms crossed, in a constant strop; Hardcase Hughton throwing provocative gestures any time it looked like Brighton wasn’t giving it their all.
I am looking forward to seeing my reaction watching his EFFORTLESS flick into the net on MOTD tonight. Thank Christ they had De Gea keep at the home end in the first half.
Can we all take a moment to praise Balogun? He was truly superb today. Still early days, but he looked in complete control.
Manure were utter RUBBISH today, Mourinho won’t last to Christmas with that kind of performance.
I don’t have a seagulls tv subscription, but the club wouldn’t mislead you on what they offered in their services. Nantes had their own reasons for broadcasting the match online, Brighton might have felt what they offered was enough.
Whilst it would be nice for Brighton to broadcast the matches for free, they aren’t obliged to. The Nantes stream was there for the convenience of their fans, not us.
Indeed, halfway through the final year of university I only had the chance to go to one match that season. As I was back in Brighton for the holidays, that was the match I ended up seeing. Still get goosebumps every time I think about Stocko's double save.
Best of luck to Jiri, he always seemed...
