My connection to the Star is an odd one, and it will always remain in my heart and memories...
I was 19, my friend's next door neighbour was a 25 year old, married, very pretty and very petite blonde - and she tagged along one night up the pier (Roxy) in Eastbourne. We got talking, she got...
I was partially assuming it's to stop people who aren't fully vaccinated getting hold of the tickets.. I'm still very disappointed nobody gave a toss on Saturday.
If they're that concerned, they should put more effort into checking NHS COVID passes too....
For the record, mine auto updated and I've had no issues.
It was a bit flat, to be honest. I was expecting everyone to absolutely bonkers up-for-it, but I think people were just a bit shell-shocked to be back at the Amex perhaps?

Looking around (and I did, a lot, wondering) I was at about 22,000 to 23,000 as well. I'm West Lower though so I couldn't see how full it was above me.
Kudos to the North Stand who made it sound like a full house when they piped up!
My Mum used to play their albums on repeat when I was a kid, so I ended up bloody hating them.
However, as I'm a lot older now, I can appreciate a good voice - so RIP Donald. Sorry for calling you all those names when I was eight years old.
I think he's hired a stylist, or someone read my comments on another thread a while ago...
From half mast Nike trackies and the same muddy Nike trainers... to this! He only needs a pair of trendy glasses and he'll look like a Danish architect!!
If Graham's stylist is reading this, get him in...
