I think the issue with your second point is it goes back to rights holders, not the artists necessarily. It's going to labels, and they have awful contracts with their artists generally, particularly when compared to CD sales.
The lack of a free tier might hurt them. And unless iTunes will work a LOT better on Windows I'm not interested even slightly. Spotify does what I need.
Exactly. Relatively cheap to have them in the Development Squad, and you certainly want multiple players vying for the same position. Makes everyone better and gives you options.
Oh NXT is 100% a "pro wrestling" show, not "sports entertainment". I mean it consistently actually opens with a match for a start. HHH has done a truly incredible job. To quote the man himself "Developmental my ass".
