    [Cricket] 4th Test v India

Pitch must be getting flatter with our 5, 6, 7 and 8 all getting BIG scores of over twenty. Wait until India bat on it...………..

    [Cricket] 4th Test v India

This is what happens when you play people out of position and pack the team with bit part players. We think we have a team of Botham's but really just have a load of average all rounders now many No. 6's can you get in one team?

    [Cricket] 4th Test v India

At what stage do you stop selecting Cook on past history? I'm not convinced about his own dedication to the cause, wasn't he lambing on his Essex farm a couple of weeks before touring NZ surely be needs time in the middle scoring runs not producing cute little lambs. With the central...

    [Cricket] 4th Test v India

What sort of message to a young player like Pope, keep runless Cook and Jennings and drop one of the most talented players in the country. Burns at Surrey once again scores over 1,000 runs in a season and yet we open with two walking wickets. While I'm moaning, not only drop Pope but don't give...

    [Albion] Team against Saints Tuesday

Interesting looking at various starting XI's I thought Bloom said he was keen on cup runs as well as Premier survival. Why not start strong and adjust accordingly, I'm sure players would rather play than train.

Has anyone on NSC been, a couple of us are going 12th October for the weekend. I presume it's POTG. Any recommendations for match day beer and best place in the ground.

[News] Wonga - on verge of collapse.

While you can rightly question the morals of companies like Wonga they were a Pay Day Loan Company designed to get you out of a sticky short term financial problem. The problem was the lack of credit checks and lending to customers who couldn't grasp the financial implications and ridiculously...

    [Albion] Changing The System

Something has to change away from home, we can't keep on knocking it long to Murray with no one getting close to him. Our ball retention was poor, don't know if we need to change the system or the personnel within it. It's going to be a long season on the road if we keep on giving the ball...

[Cricket] England vs India Second Test - Lord's

It's not an old problem he was pants on the last tour. Great batter but not invisible as proved by Stokes in the last test.

[Albion] Meyer to sign for Palace

Last season Roy seemed to get the best out of his players, be interesting to see how he deals with this petulant player. I have no idea what his wages are but it can't be good motivation in the dressing room with the vast differences in wages. Do they have a pay / salary cap?

[Football] The "Where will Zaha go?" Summer 2018 thread

He will only go if a top six club offers him regular first team football, I genuinely get the feeling it's not all about money but a desire to want to play a better level and European football. Maybe he is ambitious.

    [Cricket] Micheal Vaughan-v Adil Rashid.

You could argue ODI or T20 form worked with the selection of Buttler. That said I think Rashid is being selected on one ball, bowls one like Warne and he gets a call up, ,just ridiculous.

[Misc] March For Men (Prostate Cancer)

Have a look on the March For Men web site. They had four walks in London taking in various grounds including Non League. Maybe start at Crawley, via Burgess Hill, Lewes and finish at The Amex (is that about 26 miles). I'm sure they would be delighted to have more walks.
