Good question. Having had two lots of biopsies, the consultant told me a few days ago there was not the remotest sign of cancer in the last lot (there was none ion the first either), and my PSA is falling (albeit still elevated at 4.something) so I'm going on an alpha adrenoceptor antagonist...
