Compromise was probably the wrong word. We don't want to sell him. Don't, on the face of it, appear to need to sell him. But if the player's head gets turned the club is in a completely different position. An unhappy, disinterested Ulloa would not be the same as an Ulloa happy and firing on all...

I know it is different but how much would we be willing to pay for Ulloa if we were the buying club? Can't imagine many fans would want us to pay more than about £5million. Posted this on other thread so appologies if you've already seen it but put together a stats-based comparison between...

Put together some stats on how Ulloa compares to other Championship strikers on my blog HERE. Can't help but agree with others on this thread that £10million is hugely over-optimistic as a valuation. Getting anything above £6million would be good business.

Was genuinely surprised to hear the 260 odd fans who expressed an interest in purchasing shares 'applied' for around 95,000 in total.

Of the players to have played this season, probably Ince or Dunk. But Walton might eclipse all of them once he starts playing. Seems to be highly regarded - and not just by people at the Albion. Who knows? I certainly don't. But I do know it is great to be able to have four or five young...

Unless you have seen him leading training sessions or have spoken to first team players about it, not sure how anyone can really claim with any authority that he isn't a good coach. He might not be, of course, but I cannot understand how anyone can make that judgment based purely on his own...
