Rather that re-phasing the lights at the end of Village Way, it would be better if they turned them off and had police organising the through flow.
If the police allowed five minutes of flow out of Village Way at a time, the whole area could be cleared a lot quicker than it is at present.

They haven't checked any tickets yet, so chances are they wont tomorrow.
Most don't buy the vouchers, just mugs like me. Still says on the Brighton Bus site that your match ticket will suffice.
If by chance they do ask, then offer them £1.50.

Everything the club is currently doing is simply fab, however they have dropped a bollock over this and need to rethink.
Three homes games in a week means many will miss this one, so not only will the club lose out in gate money, but pie beer etc money.
And it's not going to be a bundle of fun...
Going the R bus worked well on a Saturday, but not so well to the evening game.
Coming back it worked better at the night game than the day game.
But the best by far, is the Racecourse P&R. I suggest all those waiting forever to go to Mill Road think about changing parking paces.
