I would not give nobles 30p for it. Maybe they have it up for sale at £30m so they let everyone know what they feel its worth so that when there is a mysterious fire that guts it they can claim on the insurance (allegedly).

If I did buy it first thing I would do was rename it back to its original name, then remove the awful dome and rebuild the concert hall which should have been done ages ago

the pier is a gold mine if the right investor bought it. Get rid of the chav arcades and rides etc.
could put a hotel, restaurants and bars on it. would be worth lots more than 30 mil after that!!! wish i had endless amounts of cash
