Help me i am going mad!...Liverpool ticket help please!

Logged on to purchase my ST seat for Liverpool and have i have not received a comformation e.mail and my status says "Pending". I cannot now buy the ticket or have any proof of purchase...........Phone it is then?

The chap on the door at the Amex said today they were having serious problems with the Liverpool tickets.

What they were I do not know.

I got my bristol ticket at same time, I did get a confirmation email but with a * after the pool game, which I presume means pending as that what it still shows as on website. Arse.
Think I'll just have faith and hope.

Pending means it hasn't been played yet but paid for, I believe. You should have had a confirmation email though.

I had same situ for a previous game. Said pending and no confirmation email. I rang club who confirmed all was ok and ticket arrived 4 days prior to game.

I applied for the SSCF, Spurs & Gills games all together. No confirmation email so phoned and was told I had purchased all of them.

We went up to the Amex today to get but mine as I have been told that you can't buy my disabled with carer online to be told you can't by them in ticket office until next week. Was advised should be fine to purchase on-line when we get home! Got home to find being charged adult price of £30.00 even though I am senior that should be paying £17.00. Not happy!!!
