Banana. But the man who makes ice cream here in Dartmouth says he rarely makes it because there is little demand. Seems I'm in an exclusive group.
(Though banoffee - banana, toffee and chocolate - sells well apparently)
One of those players we all liked and hoped would kick on. But a combination of injuries and a significant increase in the standard of competition for places has made him a victim of our progress. Shame, seems like a decent guy with some real talent. Good luck Steven.
Are Brighton fans seriously openly discussing buying fake Albion merch on NSC? And also potentially marketing it on eBay?
Seems an odd way to show you support of the club.
We have tried. The main issue here is that it against the rules to compensate the club. That why Basingstoke are saying this isn't about us. It's about the ridiculous rules. We've been trying to find an answer (as you'd expect of BHA).
Totally agree with you. I'm not being smug, just pointing out that some write off players too quickly. And for that matter, over hype them too. Me probably included.
Recently sold Brighton players playing at other clubs in the Prem this weekend:
Tottenham
Chelsea
Liverpool
Arsenal
I could add Newcastle.
Just feels like some measure of how far we have come. Selling players, yes. But to the biggest clubs in the land. And still competing in the pitch.
The inaccuracy of the last pass was what stood out today and what may be attracting the criticism. It seemed like on three or four occasions three was a simple pass to put us through and he either miscontrolled or fluffed the pass. These were very visible and frustrated those around him.
But...
Did it help JPvH to have Veltman alongside him (and conversely hinder Webster last week)?
Will we see Igor so that Dunky can play on the right again? It does compromise his game.
